The Nature of all Ships

“It’s sad. Sometimes our feelings aren’t reciprocated in a relationship and it hurts, sometimes even a lot and it’s annoying…but then you have to realize you are not a victim and it’s not a loss. We live, we learn. There are 7 billion people in this world and someone else is more deserving of your love and affection. We just have to find those people, it takes longer for some but it will happen. Be patient be hopeful, your day too will come. Be with the people who value you and spend all your energies on them. Be kind to them, be generous, and love them with all your heart. The ups and downs are what make it worth being alive. So don’t be so hard on yourself for something they cannot see. Your love, your soul, and your dreams are beautiful whether they see it or not. So love and live with all the passion in your soul. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. After all, life is just too short and way too sweet to waste on negativity. So go on, love and live to the fullest, enjoy every minute of this beautiful life”.

What do you see?

To you it looks like I don’t care, that I don’t get hurt, that I am happy but like all those who only see what is on the outside you miss what is beyond. You don’t see the suffering of the soul, the ache in that smile, the sadness in that laughter. You don’t see any of it because you are tired of your own life and want to see the happiness in others, so you believe that they live a better life. You grasp onto hope so tightly, you allow yourself to be fooled by the illusion because it is easier to believe that, than to face reality. The reality that we are all equally miserable in our lives, we just choose not to disclose it or show it or see it.  So what you see, is that what you really see? or Is that what you choose to see?  It’s like choosing the red or blue pill, but the choice is always ultimately yours.
